New ILSA album Corpse Fortress coming in March; Opening track “Hikikimori” now streaming

Horror-obsessed, underground cult ILSA weaves together tales of depravity and devil worship on their Relapse debut Corpse Fortress. Recorded by Kevin Bernsten (Full Of Hell, Code Orange, Magrudergrind, Integrity) in Baltimore, Maryland at Developing Nations, Corpse Fortress delivers nine tracks forged in filth with dense layers of emotionally draining sludge, murky, primordial doom, and feedback-laden, crusty death metal. Corpse Fortress is easily the rawest, most abhorrent, and nasty album in ILSA‘s decade-long career and the perfect soundtrack for the initiated miscreants of this rapidly dying orb.

Stream ILSA’s new track “Hikikomori” below and all digital streaming services HERE.

Corpse Fortress will see release March 2nd, 2018 on CD, LP, deluxe LP and digital formats via Relapse Records. Physical packages are available via Relapse.com HERE and digital downloads via all retail outlets HERE.

MAMMOTH GRINDER SHARE NEW VIDEO FOR “SERVANT OF THE MOST HIGH”

News of MAMMOTH GRINDER’s valiant return from a five-year dormancy has been stoking fires over the past month and now, the extreme metal trio have unleashed a video for their new song “Servant of the Most High.” The video, directed by Samu Salovaara, features the second single from Cosmic Crypt to surface before the album’s January 26th release date on Relapse Records. You can watch it below:

A meteoric force of aggression and mayhem, MAMMOTH GRINDER are comprised of Chris Ulsh (Power Trip, Impalers) recruited Mark Bronzino (Iron Reagan) and Ryan Parrish (Iron Reagan, ex-Darkest Hour). Self-recorded by the band at Trax East in South River, NJ, mixed by Arthur Rizk (Power Trip, Sepultura, Inquisition) and mastered by Toxic Holocaust’s Joel Grind, Cosmic Crypt is an 11-track slab of primitive, punk-inflected death metal. The brute force of each track—distilling metal to its most barbarous elements—finds MAMMOTH GRINDER at the apex of both fury and songcraft.
The trio will be storming through the United States in support of Cosmic Crypt. Support will come from numerous bands including label-mates Gatecreeper, Genocide Pact, and more. As Metal Injection said of the group, prepare to “get pummeled into the ground.”
Cosmic Crypt—which features stunning cover art from the legendary Joe Petagno (Motorhead, Autopsy, Angelcorpse, Pink Floyd)—is available for pre-order via Relapse.com HERE. Stay tuned for more updates.
Cosmic Crypt Tracklisting:
1. Grimmenstein
3. Blazing Burst
4. Divine Loss
5. Molotov
7. Human Is Obsolete
8. Locust’s Nest
9. Mysticism
10. Rotting Robes
