AMORPHIS – unveil first single ‘The Bee’

Melancholic progressive metaller AMORPHIS are about to unleash their latest offering entitled »Queen Of Time« on May 18th via Nuclear Blast. Today the time has come to present the first taster of the band’s 13th studio album. Check out ‘The Bee’, the opening track below:

Guitarist Esa Holopainen commented:
“This song is a very powerful opener and gives a nice picture of what the whole album is all about. You can already hear some new elements like choirs and orchestral arrangements in it.”

Vocalist Tomi Joutsen added:
“Of course, the lyrical inspiration is a bee, also in a metaphoric way. The tiniest thing can sometimes be the most important thing. A bee can bring life or if we destroy all the bees, life will stop here. It’s a very beautiful animal, that’s why you can find it on the album cover too. The track itself is a kind of progressive and I’m sure that it will surprise some fans in a positive way. We love it!”

The Fuzz Dogz share new video “Voodoo Heart”

THE FUZZ DOGZ it’s a duo born in Lisbon, grandsons of blues and sons of rock, with a direct sound, raw, dirty but melodic, drinking from what’s been done best in the past. THE FUZZ DOGZ are Marco Resende (guitar/vocals) and Pedro Gonçalves (drums/vocals), two experience musicians know from their work in bands like Drill, Stone Cold Lips, Low Torque, Scar for life, amon others, that know bet on the duo format to spread to the maximum their rock, in Portugal and beyond. “Basement Blues–part 1” it’s the name of their debut album that is released by Black Kaktus and below you can hear/see their first single/video “Voodoo Heart”
