KHEMMIS – announce pre-order for 3rd album & launch music video ‘Isolation’
Denver metal/doom quartet KHEMMIS has issued the details and lead single for their anxiously-anticipated third album, »Desolation«. Confirmed for late June, the band’s third full-length album will see release through Nuclear Blast (excluding North America, where the album will appear via 20 Buck Spin).
The cover artwork for »Desolation« designed by Sam Turner (BLACK BREATH, 3 INCHES OF BLOOD), the track listing, and more on the album has been issued alongside its first single, ‘Isolation,’ delivered through an epic video directed by Italo Ganni.

Italian Folk Metal KANSEIL Unleash New Lyric Video “Densilòc”
Italian folk metal KANSEIL have posted a new lyric video for their track “Densilòc” in support of their second full length “Fulìsche” due out on May 25th in Europe and June 8th in North America via Rockshots Records. Watch it now below:
Formed in 2010, KANSEIL are a 21st century version of their land’s rich-story telling tapestry, they are bards with instruments, musical archaeologists, excavating the sounds and stories of their country’s past to create something new, beguiling and beautiful.
Inspired by Eluveitie, Skyforger, Arkona, Agalloch and Alcest plus having performed with the likes of Korpiklaani, At The Gates, Enslaved, Folkstone, Manegarm, Arkona, and Omnia, KANSEIL‘s second full length “Fulìsche” follows their 2015 debut “Doin Earde” released on Nemeton Records.
The band comments:
“’Fulìsche’ are the sparks of a fire moving away from the element they were born from, they shine in their own glow and you can watch them for a few instants before they disappear forever in the dark…In the same way mankind’s stories live in the collective memory until they take flight and you have a limited time to look at them and catch their beauty before they’re lost.”

‘Cut Your Chains’ live at YouTube official video released by Tax The Heat
Electrifying Bristolian rockers TAX THE HEAT recently spent the day at YouTube Space in London to record some live sessions. To celebrate kicking off their UK tour today, the band have released the first live video from that shoot. Watch the new single, ‘Cut Your Chains’, here:
‘Cut Your Chains’ is all about being free and living your life. Do what ever the hell you like,”explains vocalist Alex Veale. “When we first played it live it got the place jumping, I think there is something just fundamentally fun about the tune and people connect with that. When we spoke about the next single we decided to just do a live music video, no stories, overdubs, scripts or any of that bullshit just us playing this little tune. We were lucky enough to be working at YouTube and it all lined up.”
