It was a very special evening when MOONSPELL played an exceptional show at the Campo Pequeno arena in their hometown Lisbon on February 4th, 2017. That inimitable bond between the gothic metal act and 4.000 of their fans in the sold-out venue is pure electricity, captured for all eternity on the massive Live DVD/Blue Ray/3CD package Lisboa Under The Spell which will be released on August 17th via Napalm Records. Today the band release a brand new live clip of their song “Alma Mater”.

METAL ALLEGIANCE – announce new album/release first single/pre-order available

METAL ALLEGIANCE began as a celebration of heavy metal, powered by the almost tribal bond shared between the extreme music community’s most revered trailblazers, armed with a list of contributors onstage (and off) that read like a Wikipedia entry on the genre itself.

The band is proud to announce the release of their sophomore Album »Volume II – Power Drunk Majesty« via Nuclear Blast Entertainment on September 7th, 2018. The thrash worshiping album merges old-school legends with the modern metallers of the scene to produce groove driven, adrenaline soaked anthems while tackling the frustrating state of the world. It also marks the return of Mark Oseguesda (DEATH ANGEL) and Troy Sanders (MASTODON).

»Volume II – Power Drunk Majesty« was produced by Mark Menghi and Alex Skolnick while Mark Lewis of MRL Studios handled the mixing and mastering. The cover artwork was created by renowned artist Marcelo Vasco (SLAYER, MACHINE HEAD, SOULFLY, HATEBREED) and Rafael Tavares.

BLACK LABEL SOCIETY debuts “Trampled Down Below” video

Black Label Society, led by American guitar icon Zakk Wylde, has released another new music video today, this time for the single “Trampled Down Below.” The video was directed by Dan Sturgess and filmed at the world famous Royal Albert Hall in South Kensington, London during the band’s tour there earlier this year.
