Peter Wolff, who as a founding member of the band Downfall of Gaia has already toured the world, will release his debut solo album „Repeat“ on February 23,2018 on My Proud Mountain. Live Peter Wolff recently presented „Repeat“ on four support gigs for Neurosis singer and guitarist Scott Kelly and John Judkins (Rwake).

„Repeat“ concentrates on compositions of electronically produced spherical, cinematic music and sound design, experimented with classical instruments such as piano, strings and orchestra. He combines all this with his roots in guitar-oriented music.

“Repeat is a really personal and emotional record for me. I started with songwriting on the dying day of a close friend and after exact one year I stopped on the point where I was. This record describes one year of coping with bereavement, the wander around grief, abyss and solace and ends with the insight that this will repeat again and again and will never end.”
