Passada uma semana, chega agora a altura de fazer o balanço da segunda edição do World Of Metal Online Festival. Depois de uma primeira edição que encheu e superou as nossas expectativas, tivemos uma segunda que desde do início demonstrou ser extremamente grandiosa. Não tínhamos ambição de nada a não fazer mais e melhor, mas foi impossível não ficarmos entusiasmados com os nomes que fomos reunindo e que puderam participar – houve outros que também não puderam participar mas que o seu interesse encheu-nos o coração. Mais uma vez tenho que agradecer à nossa equipa fantástica que onde para além da colaboração de Tiago Vargas (baixista e vocalista dos Carcinosi e dos Initiate Decay) que fez a edição do vídeo final e também da criação da imagem gráfica e dos diversos cartazes e de Flávio Soares (baixista e vocalista dos Leviaethan, dono da editora True Metal Records, da PR True Metal Press And Management e do programa de YoutTube Mundo Metal) que esteve responsável pela curadoria e contacto com as bandas, se juntou Miguel Correia (que já bem conhecem das nossas entrevistas e reviews) que foi fundamental para quem esta segunda edição tivesse o impacto que teve.
A ideia de divulgar a música, do intercâmbio de bandas, aquilo que foi do início a nossa intenção, foi elevado a um novo nível de excelência e ter a recepção que tivemos, tanto no chat como no número de visualizações na estreia e nos dias seguintes é um forte sinal de que a nossa iniciativa foi bem recebida e que teve o impacto, um pouco por todo o mundo, que desejávamos. Por isso muito obrigado a todas as bandas que participaram e sobretudo muito obrigado a todos vós que apoiaram esta iniciativa. MUITO OBRIGADO A TODOS!!

One week later, it’s time to take stock of the second edition of the World Of Metal Online Festival. After a first edition that filled up and exceeded our expectations, we had a second one that since the beginning proved to be extremely great. We had no ambition but to do more and better, but it was impossible not to be thrilled with the names that we were gathering and that were able to participate – there were others who couldn’t participate but their interest filled our hearts. Once again I have to thank our fantastic team that where besides the collaboration of Tiago Vargas (bassist and vocalist of Carcinosi and Initiate Decay) who made the edition of the final video and also the creation of the graphic image and several posters and Flávio Soares (bassist and vocalist of Leviaethan, owner of True Metal Records, PR True Metal Press And Management and YoutTube programa Mundo Metal) who was responsible for the curatorship and contact with the bands, joined by Miguel Correia (who you already know well from our interviews and reviews) who was fundamental for this second edition to have the impact it had.
The idea of promoting music, the exchange of bands, which was our intention from the beginning, was raised to a new level of excellence and to have the reception we had, both in the chat and in the number of views in the debut and in the following days is a strong sign that our initiative was well received and that it had the impact, all over the world, that we wanted. So, a big thanks to all the bands that participated and mostly huge thanks to all of you that supported this initiave. THANK YOU ALL !!
